2020年是一個不一樣的一年，香港受疫情影響是充滿挑戰的一年。香港空拍由2020年4月起受建築署和中國建築國際集團有限公司委託在竹篙灣臨時檢疫中心1B和3B期進行工程進度和環境拍攝。在2021年1月更在赤鱲角亞洲國際博覽館旁的北大嶼山醫院香港感染控制中心(臨時醫院)進行航拍. 香港空拍與香港同心抗疫 Together, We Fight the Virus ! ​
